Agency Terms and Conditions :

• Service charges levied on the users will be collected on our behalf (ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED.)
• Users can make their payment via Netbanking/UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card
• It is to be noted that any refund charges applied will depend on two aspects; the airline norms and the charges agreed upon by both ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED& Corporate as per the exclusive clause.
• Any cancellation of the ticket will be entertained only for 24 hrs via the customer care call number
• Any kind of Misuse of Airline/GDS PNR will be the sole responsibility of the corporate client and associated charges will be levied and recovered from the corporate as and when the debit note by the Airline or by the GDS is received.
• There would not be an adjustment of refund in the payment schedule. The refund shall be paid to the corporate as and when it is received from the airline/hotel.
• The users cannot claim any refund against the 'no show' air for the date of departure, no matter the reason.
• The user shall request ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED for any hotel refunds if applied for the same before the cancellation deadline according to the prescribed policies.
• Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines or hotels.
• Any refund request made after the expiry of 90 days will not be entertained.
• It will be the sole responsibility of the corporates to maintain all related documents including confirmation from the travelers, the amount paid by them for travels outside of India is within the annual limits for resident individuals as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
• ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED shall grant access and transferable right to corporate, the Noticees, to use the tool of our website, corporate.atgtours.com for conducting online booking of the various travel services as made available by ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED for you. You, the Noticees, shall make payment for the services availed, by debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI at the time of booking.
• Refund will be credited to the client's account after deducting service and cancellation charges levied by ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITEDas per the agreement made with the corporate at the time of registration. It is also to be noted that if the airline or hotel demands cancellation charges according to their policies, the same will be deducted in addition to the charges agreed upon by ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED and the corporate.
• You, the client shall agree to indemnify us from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of any breach or non-performance of any covenant or agreement made or obligations to be performed by you.

By offering for sale travels to particular international destinations, 'corporate.atgtours.com' does not represent or warrant that travels to such point is advisable or without risk. 'corporate.atgtours.com' does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travels to such destinations.

Any and all disputes arising in connection with the Service Agreement shall be settled in the first instance by good faith negotiations, and if the dispute cannot be settled within 7 days by mutual discussions, the same shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by ART THE GLOBE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED., whereby the venue of the arbitration shall be New Kerala and the arbitration proceedings to be conducted in English; Each party shall bear its own costs (including legal costs) for participating in the arbitration proceedings, and the arbitrator’s fees and expenses and other incidental expenses shall be paid by the parties as determined by the arbitrator.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts in Kerala, India.
